Established in 1981 under the auspice of the WA Association for the Blind, PEP was Perth's first specialist employment and training service provider for people with vision related disabilities. For the last twenty years PEP has developed a number of innovative and highly successful training and employment programs for this client group and for people with disabilities generally.

Choice Program is an open employment service for people with disabilities.

PEP currently provides a range of nationally accredited vocational training programs for people with disabilities. As with Choice these training programs have a strong focus on employment outcomes.

PEP is Job Network member as a specialist disability and generalist provider. The Personal Support Programme helps people with significant, non-vocational barriers to employment receive personalised and specialised support in a client centered environment.
