Skills is a community-based organisation with a focus on employment and training services. These services are offered through the numerous programmes we run: catering to people with a disability, disadvantaged youths and long-term unemployed of all ages and backgrounds; and servicing business needs.

We are a RTO and a member of Jobs Australia. We offer government funded training when available, including Green Corps and Community Jobs Plan Traineeships; Existing Worker Traineeships, Fee for Service training (accredited or non-accredited) in meeting with enquiries and demand. Delivery of courses can be flexible and we do our best to cater to the needs of individuals.

Our broad range of employment programs and employment services include:

• JPET – Job placement, employment and training programs for 15 to 21 year olds with barriers to employment
• Community Employment Assistance Program – complimentary Breaking the Unemployment Cycle employment service to job seekers who cannot access the Job Network
• Project based activities including Work for the Dole, Green Corps, and Community Jobs Plans
• JPO – Job
