Horizon Foundation was established in 1981 by a group of parents who wanted to provide opportunities for their children with disabilities. Today it has grown into a large organisation which provides a wide variety of support services for children and adults with physical, intellectual, and psychiatric disabilities and those with multiple disabilities in Queensland and Australia.
