Finding Futures is a not-for-profit, community based organisation assisting people with a disability, injury or medical condition to develop pathways to find and maintain a job or course of training.  Federally funded to provide Disability Employment Services in the Eureka and Bendigo (Vic) employment services area. The DES Employment Support Service is for jobseekers with a permanent disability with an assessed need for long term, ongoing support in the workplace.  Employment advisors work with jobseekers’ employment goals; engaging participants in activities that increase self esteem, works skills, networking and employability through work experience, job shadowing, training, education and volunteering.  A Registered Training Organisation, Finding Futures delivers a range of accredited and non-accredited vocational and pre-vocational training courses.
