MTC Work Solutions is a non-profit community based organisation committed to the alleviation of poverty and illiteracy by providing skills training, career planning and employment assistance.
As a provider of human services and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we service a wide network of employers and businesses with effective labour solutions, vocational and pre-employment training, community development programs and training for traineeships.

With offices in the Inner West, Southern and South Western areas of Sydney, MTC Work Solutions delivers various types of human services on behalf of Federal and State Government including: Job Network Services (Job Matching, Job Search Training and Intensive Assistance) Community Employment Programmes, including Work for the Dole and The Personal Support Programme, and a range of educational and employment based services for young people.

Our particular focus is to help those most disadvantaged in our community by enriching lives, creating opportunities and ultimately benefiting communities.
