Job Futures is one of the largest players in the Commonwealth's Job Network. While our members bring a wide variety of histories and backgrounds one thing we all share is being closely connected to local communities, employers and job seekers.
The job seekers we see often come from some of the most disadvantaged groups in Australia. They’re ready to work and we’ve given them the support and training to go into a job and work well.
Your local Job Futures member will work with you to:
- Identify the type of person you’re looking for
- Match your requirements with our database of candidates
- Lodge your vacancy on the Australian Job Search internet site
- Screen applicants who best fit your requirements
- Set out a short list of candidates to attend an interview.
